Exchange, Return & Refund
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return & Exchange Policy:
(a) We want to make sure you love your purchase; therefore we allow returns 15 days after you receive your shipment. In order to do so please contact us on info@ashia.ae
(b) We do not allow returns for customised, personalised items, items on sale, or earnings.
(c) We do not currently offer exchanges.
However a few things must be taken into consideration:
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria, or are non-exchangeable (customised, personalised items, items on sale, earrings) will be denied.
- Returns should be packaged carefully in its original packaging, as merchandise damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted.
- Goods damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Duties and taxes are non-refundable. You will need to contact your local customs office for more information.
- In case of refund, a 5% of the selling price will be deducted to cover for 3rd party app payments and charges.
- Once your package has been received and accepted by Ashia we will notify you by email. Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Ashia is not responsible for lost packages. Please keep the tracking details for your records.
- Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at ashia.aeofficial@gmail.com.
Cancellation And Refund Policy:
If you wish to cancel your order please email us on info@ashia.ae. If cancellation occurs after the order has been dispatched. It might take up to 14 working days for us to credit your payment. Regardless, you will have to bear the cost of the shipping, and the 5% for 3rd party apps fees deducted automatically from your payment.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
